7:00 Board to consider a proposal for a sign for American alarm at 297 Broadway

7:30 Board to hold a public hearing on a request for a special permit by Omnipoint Holdings (T-Mobile) to construct a
communications antenna on the roof of 1098 Massachusetts Avenue (Greater Boston Motorsports).

8:30 Board to hold a public hearing on a request to amend the special permit by Stop & Shop in order to construct a bottle return
facility outside the existing retail building at 905 Massachusetts Avenue.

9:30 Board to hold a public hearing on a request for a special permit by Armstrong Ambulance Company to construct an office
and vehicle garage headquarters building at 87 Mystic Street.
