Excellent series, I’ve read every book, and my only complaint is that they aren’t long enough. Amanda’s characters are unforgettable, I wish we got more of them past and present. This book was exciting; treats, kidnapping, rescue. It was also full of heartbreak, hysteria, PTSD, death and grief.
Good read, awaiting the next one.

Marty Cross had never been one to back down from a challenge, in fact she had thrived on them. Tension rises as Mike and Marty fight to overcome disasters that would tear normal people apart, but they aren’t normal people, they are Defenders and they will survive.
