Summary and Highlights

Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and Maharashtra Election Watch have analysed the self-
sworn affidavits of 1920 candidates out of 2956 who are contesting for the 654 seats in second phase of
the Zilla Parishad Elections, scheduled to be held on 21st February, 2017 in 13 districts of Maharashtra.
The rest of the affidavits were not analysed as they were not available or uploaded on the website at the
time of making this report.
