Julia Saker, who lives in Dover, has been given a 12-month sentence after tying up her teenage daughter . Saker,in her 50s,tried to stop 19-year-old Tabitha from leaving the house to meet her dealer. Ex-boyfriend Christopher Francklin, who is in his 20s,helped tie and gag Julia. The pair were arrested by police who received a 999 call from Miss Saker and heard her screams as she was tied up and restrained. Francklin was jailed for 18 months,along- side Miss Saker’s mother.
