This report is now available on the Public Safety website at http://your.yale.edu/annual-safety-report-campus- crime-and-fire-incidents. The report contains three years’ worth of campus crime statistics as well as security policy statements, fire safety information, and information on how students, faculty and staff should report crimes. The report uses federally-mandated definitions concerning the locations and types of crimes in order to allow for comparisons across college campuses. A paper copy of this report will be provided upon request by calling (203) 432-8049. The Yale data, along with comparable information from other colleges and universities, are published electronically by the U.S. Department of Education.
