David Bradshaw is Professor of English Literature at Oxford University and a Fellow of Worcester College. Paul Edwards is the author of Wyndham Lewis: Painter and Writer (2000) and General Editor of the forthcoming Collected Works of Wyndham Lewis, to be published by Oxford University Press. Ann-Marie Einhaus is a Lecturer in Modern and Contemporary Literature in the Department of Humanities at Northumbria University in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
