TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND GENERAL INFORMATION

FOR DEALERS ONLY: Our catalog is intended for use by legitimate Motorcycle Dealers who maintain a business
establishment and buy in wholesale quantities. We carefully check all new applications for our catalog and all orders from new
accounts to verify that they come from legitimate dealers. Our supply of catalogs is very limited, so please do not ask for copies to
give away. Inquiries from riders are referred to our established dealers in their area.
PRICES: Prices shown in this Catalog are current as of the date of printing. This is a WHOLESALE CATALOG. List prices,
where shown, are for reference only; all dealers must establish their own selling prices. All prices are subject to change.
DELIVERY: Nearly all the items we handle are in stock, ready for immediate shipment. Every effort will be made to ship your
orders promptly. Unless you have specified otherwise on your order, we will ship via the best way in our judgement. On orders
qualifying for free freight, we reserve the right to choose the carrier.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: On the bottom of your invoices you will find a list of out-of-stock items, if any. These will be noted in
one of three ways as follows:
1) No Longer Available (NLA)- these items are gone and we have no source for restocking.
2) Temporarily Out (TO)- these items will be back in stock at some future date, but we have no firm date.
3) Back-Order (BO)- items on Back-Order will be available again within some foreseeable time. We have some flexibility in
our backorder system wherein we can automatically ship items when available, or we can notify customers of the availability of
backordered items. We will use our best judgement in this, unless we are instructed otherwise. "Back-Ordered" items are taken into
account when totaling order volume for pre-paid freight qualification unless a customer cancels backorders. If it is specified on your
order, or we have been previously notified to the effect that no backorders are wanted and they will not be accepted when available,
they will not qualify for free freight.
CLAIMS: Title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier. Delivery of the merchandise in
good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Any damaged or open packages must be noted at the time of delivery, and all
claims for damaged or missing parts should be made with the carrier immediately. No claims will be honored after five (5) working
days. Due to conditions beyond our control, chrome cannot be guaranteed after it is placed in service.
RETURNS: All Returns must be prepaid and insured for your protection. Goods may not be returned for credit or adjustment
without our written permission. Any goods accepted for credit must be in new condition and in new original containers and will be
credited at your cost less 20% restocking charge. Full credit or replacement will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned
because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our company.
TERMS: Standard terms are C.O.D. (Cash or Certified Check), VISA or MASTERCARD. We regret that conditions force us to
regard acceptance of checks as a credit privilege. We will be happy to accept checks and/or open accounts for dealers whose
financial histories warrant it. Upon application we will check credit with references and the aid of Dun & Bradstreet and advise of
our decision. If an account is past-due, shipments will be COD-Net. If COD shipment is not accepted, customer is liable for
transportation both ways plus 20% handling, and future orders must be paid in advance.
RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds or for ANY other reason will incur a charge of $50.00 to your
account. Failure to rectify this matter may result in suspension of your account.
WARRANTY: We warrant our products free from defects in material and workmanship. Our Obligation under this warranty
extend to replacement of part, free of charge, including transportation, but excluding the cost of installation of part. This shall be
the maximum liability of Dixie Distributing, Inc. for all claims whether in tort, contract or otherwise.
PAST-DUE ACCOUNTS: There will be a service charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) assessed on all accounts over 30
days past-due. Shipments will be made C.O.D.-NET until the account is paid in full.
STANDARD PACKING: Some of our items are packaged in packs of several units. Orders for standard packed items will be
filled with the number of packs closest the quantity ordered. For example, an order for 100 pieces of an item which comes packed 6
per pack could result in your receiving 102 (17 packs of 6). The descriptions of items in our catalog explain many of the standard
packed items, and we will use our best judgement in filling orders for these. Just remember, when in doubt as to the standard
packaging, order the total quantity you want in pieces.
MINIMUM ORDER: Due to increases in labor and material costs minimum order is $75.00.
PRE-PAID FREIGHT: Dixie pays the Freight charges on orders for $600.00 or more worth of merchandise inside the continental
United States only. This offer covers only the transportation charges, and does not include any COD Fees or other incidental
charges such as UPS surcharges or insurance. When paying freight charges, Dixie has the right to choose the carrier.

related factory. Pistons and rings may be available from other countries due to time of delivery. “M-series” pistons are sold LESS RINGS; “J-
series” pistons are sold as a KIT, complete with high quality Japanese made rings. Ring sets are commonly configured with a Chrome faced
top ring, Parkerized 2nd groove ring, and a 3 piece oil ring, unless you specify otherwise on your orders.
