answering questions that are similar in format and content to the questions that appear on certifcation exams. The questions in this study guide are not the same questions that will appear on the certifcation exam. However, the questions allow operators to experience the types of questions that may be on a certif- cation exam. If you have diffculty answering any of the questions in this study guide, you should consult the reference source provided following the answer to the question.
