I must note however, that since the end of that particular Warrior Forum thread, there has been quite a lot of new material added and updates provided which can only be found within the second edition of the eBook - the one you are reading now. I shall provide the link to the thread on the Warrior Forum so you can read it at your leisure - or not, as the case may be. These are techniques and philosophies that I – Joseph Archibald – have used fairly often to help me to rank for a variety of keyword phrases in Google. And in fact, I use these techniques now perhaps more than ever before, simply because they are strong and they work well. And I will continue to use them throughout the current year of 2011 and most probably beyond. However, keep in mind that the internet is a fairly fast paced phenomena, and thus techniques that worked well for SEO and internet marketing one year may not work quite as well the next. This is why I shall continue to update the eBook as and when it is required. It should be said though – the techniques mentioned in here worked in the years gone by, and they continue to work today. Further, everyone will have their own interpretation as to what is “true” and what is merely here-say when it comes to SEO techniques and how Google (I mention Google since it maintains its status as by far the most used search engine) interpret “the rules”. I merely write as I see it, and not because all the SEO theoreticians say so. I am the sort of person who will work with something until I am sure it does not work or it does work, and that’s really all I need to know. I forget a lot of the “yak yak” and get down and experiment for myself. If something works for me, regardless the actual reasons, I’ll use it time and time again. That said, feel free to dispute some of the “facts” I mention throughout the eBook. That’s fine to do so. I am not the guy to sit for hours every day and read up on cutting edge new SEO ideology. I’d much prefer to take action, rather than suffer from information over-load on a daily basis, whilst getting nothing done with actual work progress. Within this e-book you’ll find a real case study worked by somebody just like you, although perhaps a little further down the road in their SEO career. No, I’m not some self-proclaimed SEO guru, however I have learned a solid, repeatable method for ranking many, if not most of my money site pages and web 2.0 properties on page one of Google. Sometimes some web pages take quite a lot longer than others to rank in Google, but that's merely a part of this search engine optimization "game." It’s an SEO roadmap, and one that works. It wasn’t created by people that haven’t been in the trenches of SEO working day in and day out; it was created by little old me through years of trial and error and slogging too. Further to this - since putting together the Warrior thread and creating the eBook based on the thread which was back in May and June of 2010, I've received a lot of feedback from various folks who went forth and utilized the exact methods used here-in, and to great effect too! One such case was my friend Pat Flynn from the www.smartpassiveincome.com blog - a fellow internet marketer who has a very large and widespread reputation on the internet for his ability to generate great content and share it with the followers of his blog. He utilized the methods given in this eBook to gain top spot in Google for his primary keyword for a Challenge he had at the time with fellow internet marketers, Tyrone Shum being among them. Another success story is from my old mate Chris Seiter. Chris used my methods while studying full time at college to then go ahead and flip a simple website that he created on a Flippa auction for a total of $1000 US dollars. But, this whole process is not exactly step-by-step by it is nature, and thus I have also included important aspects that surround the steps necessary in creating one method of obtaining a highly successful SEO campaign. After all, its not just about knowing the techniques and then applying them, its much about having a successful mind-set. So if you think that I’ve added in filler to this eBook merely to pad it out, you’d be very, very much mistaken! This particular guide is not the only pathway to the top, but it’s a path that you can copy, and there are plenty of tested and weather-beaten foundational principles and guidelines that people newer to SEO will be able to get their heads around. Instead of slogging this out on your own you’ve done a very intelligent thing, by learning from my methods and from my very, very many mistakes you’ll go much farther much faster!
