About the AuthorSteven J Zaloga received his BA in history from Union College and his MA from Columbia University. He is a senior analyst with Teal Group Corp. and editor of their publication "World Missiles Briefing" an industry trade publication on current developments in missile technology and production. He also serves as adjunct staff with the Strategy, Forces and Resources Division of the Institute for Defense Analyses. He is the autho of several dozen books on military technology and military history. Jim Laurier is a native of New Hampshire. He graduated with honours from the Paiers School of Art, Connecticut, in 1978 and has worked as a freelance illustrator ever since, completing assignments in a wide variety of fields.
