I. Revise the first sentence of your Environmental Hazards sections to read "Do not contaminate water when cleaning of equipment or disposing of equipment washwaters. 2. Within the list ofPPE for early re-entry in the Agricultural Use Requirements box, revise the requirement for "waterproof gloves" to a requirement for "chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material." 3. Under "Storage and Dispo~al" revise "Storage" to read "Pesticide Storage". 4. Add the following maximutn rate statement to your label. -The maximum rates ~ed throughout this product's labeling apply to this product combined with the use of all other herJ>icides containing glyphosate or sulfosate as the active ingredient, whether applied as mixtures or separa1ely. Calculate the application rates and ensure that the total use of this and other glyphosate or sul~sate containing products does not exceed stated maximum use rates.-- Submit three (3),topies of your final printed labeling incorporating the above changes, before you release the product for s/tipment. Directions for Use It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read all Directions for Use carefully before applying. This is an end-usa product. Dow AgroSclences does not Intend and has not registered it for reformulation. Sea individual container label tor repackaging limitations. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, eHher directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your state or tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation. Agricultural Use Requirements Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker Protection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses, and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It contains requirements for training, decontamination, notification, and emergency asSistance. It also contains specific instructions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on this label about personal protective equipment (PPE), and restricted entry interval. The requirements in this box only apply to uses of this product that are covered by the Worker Protection Standard. Do not enter or allow worker entry into treated areas during the restricted entry interval (REI) of 4 hours. PPE required for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under the Worker Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated, such as plants, soil, or water, is: • Coveralls • Waterproof gloves • Shoes plus socks Storage and Disposal Do not contaminate water, food, feed or seed by storage or disposal. Storage: Store above 10°F (-12°C) to keap product from crystallizing. Crystals will settle to the bottom. If allowed to crystallize, place in a warm room 68°F (20°C) for several days to redissolve and roll or shake container or reCirculate in mini-bulk containers to mix well before using. Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from use of this product that cannot be used or chemically reprocessed should be disposed of in a landfill approved for pesticide disposal or in accordance with applicable Federal, state or local procedures. Container Disposal: Emptied container retains vapor and product residue. Observe all labeled safeguards until container is cleaned, reconditioned or destroyed. Do not reuse this container. Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by inCineration, or, if allowed QY state and local authorHles bv burning. If burned, stay out of smoke. , . , ,," General Information (How this product works) • This product herbicide is a water-soluble liquid, which mixes readily with water and nonionic sUrfac:ant'to be applied as a foliar spray for the control or destruction of many herbaceous and woody plants.
