UNITED STATES HEGEMONY AND THE FOUNDATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW Thefoundationsofinternationallawhavebeenshapedbysuccessivehege- monicpowersthroughouthistory.Thisbookexamineswhetherthecurrent predominance of the United States is leading to foundational change in the international legal system.
