NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018
SO. 188(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Joint Organisation,
Banda/Chitrakoot as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land From Km. 0+000
to Km. 12+700 and Km. 30+600 to Km. 31+750 of the National Highway No. 135BG for building (widening/four-
laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Uttar Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given
below.
SCHEDULE
Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 135BG in the State of Uttar Pradesh on the stretch from Km.
0+000 to Km. 12+700 and Km. 30+600 to Km. 31+750.
