NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2018
S.O. 40(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the
Railways Act, 1989, the Railway Board hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
of the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) notification number S.O. 2406(E), dated the 12th July,
2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the
14th July, 2016, namely:-
2. In the said notification, in the Schedule –

(1) in plot no. 2611 (L.R.) under the village of “Baruipara-85” in column 6 relating to “Nature of
Land” for the word “Sali” the word “Suna” shall be substituted;
(2) in plot no. 3181 (R.S.) under the village of “Mirzapur Bankipur-63” in column 6 relating to
“Nature of Land” for the word “Suna” the words “Khelar math” shall be substituted;
(3) in plot no. 2766 (R.S.) under the village of “Mirzapur Bankipur-63” in column 6 relating to
“Nature of Land” for the word “Nill” the word “Sali” shall be substituted; and
(4) in plot no. 64 (L.R.) under the village of “Srirampur Beraberi-75” in columns 7
and 8 for figure “ ” the figure “ ( 7 ) ( 8 ) ” shall
