NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th January, 2017
S.O. 281(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956
(48 of 1956),the Central Government herby authorizes the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) National Highway
Project, Nashik as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from
date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, in respect of stretch of land from Km 57.500 to Km. 98.250
of National Highway No.160 ( Shirdi - Sinnar section) for building (widening / four-lanning, etc), maintenance,
management and operation, including construction of by pass in District Nashik in the state of Maharashtra, as specified
in schedule below:
SCHEDULE
Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No.160 (Shirdi-Sinnar Section) in the State of Maharashtra on the
stretch from Km 57.500 to Km. 98.250 & for new Sinnar bypass.
