CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 20th January, 2017
S.O. 219(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section
3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notifications No.
S.O. 2844(E) dated 02.09.2016 and S.O.2928(E) dated 12.09.2016 had allowed relaxation to M/s. Agarwal’s
Carriers Corporation of India, Mumbai for side by side coupling of hydraulic axles for transportation of one
Stator from Kasheli Jetty to NTPC 2 x 800 MW Super Thermal Power Project, Gadarwara site, Madhya
Pradesh by road. In para 5 (i) of the above Notification, the route of the transportation may be read as—
“from Kasheli Jetty – Shahpur – Kasara – Igatpuri – Nashik – Mahegaon – Dhule - Parola Village - Varad
Village – Nashirabad - Bhusawal Bypass – Varangaon - Khamgaon Bypass - Akola By Pass - Amravati By
pass – Talegaon - Bazargaon - Nagpur Bypass - Mansar – Manegaon - Khawasa Border –Korai Ghat -Seoni –
Chindwara – Narsinghpur – Kareli to NTPC 2 x 800 super Thermal Power Project, Gadarwara, Madhya
Pradesh.”
