Delhi, the 4th January, 2017
No. F. 11(99)/2005/Power.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-regulation (2) of regulation 43 and
clause (zka) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2 of the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and
Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010 read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs notification no.
S.O. 217(E) dated 20th February, 2004 and in supersession of all other notifications issued in this behalf, the Lieutenant
Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies the voltage upto 33 KV for the purpose of self-
certification for new and existing electrical installations by the owner through Electrical Safety Engineers under
regulation 30 and regulation 43 of the said Regulations.
