NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th January, 2017
S.R.O. 1(E).— In exercise of the powers vested under Section 4 and Section 6 of the Works of Defence Act,
1903, the Central Government hereby authorizes the Collector, Sub Division Dalhousie as ‘Collector’ of the revenue
district of Chamba in the State of Himachal Pradesh to exercise all the powers under Section 9, 11 and 12 of the Works
of Defence Act, 1903.
