02.12.2016 को नागपुर एसीसी म (cid:7286)गंभीर घटना के िशकार हो गए।
और जब(cid:7408)क, के(cid:7008) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार को यह (cid:7079)तीत होता ह ै (cid:7408)क इस गभं ीर घटना के कारण और अंशदायी कारक(cid:7298) का
अ(cid:7008) वेषण और िनधार(cid:6981) ण (cid:7408)कया जाना, और भिव(cid:7020)य म (cid:7286) ऐसी गंभीर घटना क(cid:7409) पनु रावृित स े बचन े के िलए िसफा(cid:7407)रश (cid:7286) करना
समीचीन ह।ै
अब, वायुयान (दघु (cid:6981)टना एवं घटना जांच) िनयमावली, 2012 के िनयम 11 (1) म(cid:7286) (cid:7079)द(cid:7004)त शि(cid:7334)य(cid:7298) का (cid:7079)योग करत े
(cid:7263)ए, के(cid:7008) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार एतद(cid:7367)ारा गंभीर घटना क(cid:7409) औपचा(cid:7407)रक जांच (cid:7408)कए जान ेका िनदशे दते ी ह।ै
तदनसु ार, के(cid:7008) (cid:7076)ीय सरकार एतद(cid:7367)ारा डॉ िजत(cid:7286)(cid:7076) लौरा, सहायक िनदशे क, एएआईबी क(cid:7409) अ(cid:7007)य (cid:6979)ता म (cid:7286) िन(cid:7388)िलिखत
सद(cid:7021)य के साथ एक जांच सिमित िनयु(cid:6989) त करती ह- ै :
(i) (cid:7088)ी राजे भटनागर, सहायक िनदशे क, एएआईबी सद(cid:7021)य के (cid:7272)प म (cid:7286)
सिमित, जब भी अपेि(cid:6979)त होगा, अ(cid:7008)य िवशेष(cid:6980)(cid:7298)/एज(cid:7286)िसय(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) सहायता भी लेगी।
सिमित का मु(cid:6990) यालय नई (cid:7408)द(cid:7016) ली म (cid:7286)होगा।
सिमित अिधमानतः छह महीने के भीतर इसक(cid:7409) जांच पूरी करके अपनी (cid:7407)रपोट(cid:6981) के(cid:7008)(cid:7076) ीय सरकार को (cid:7079)(cid:7021)त ुत करेगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 2016
S.O. 11(E).—Whereas M/s Jet Airways aircraft VT-JFP and M/s Alliance Air aircraft VT-AIV were involved
in a serious incident in Nagpur ACC, on 02.12.2016.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is expedient to investigate and determine the causes
and contributory factors leading to the said serious incident and make recommendations to avoid recurrence of such
serious incidents in future.
Now, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Rules 11(1) of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents
and Incidents) Rules, 2012, the Central Government hereby directs that a formal inquiry in the serious incident be
made.
Accordingly, the Central Government hereby appoints a Committee of Inquiry headed by Dr. Jitendra Loura,
Assistant Director, AAIB with following member:
(i) Sh. Raje Bhatnagar, Assistant Director, AAIB as member
The committee will also take the assistance of other experts/agencies whenever required.
The headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi.
The Committee will complete its inquiry and submit its report to the Central Government preferably within six
months.
