F. No. 14016/17/2013-UTS-I.—In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Clause (1) of
Article 239 of the Constitution, the President of India is pleased to appoint Shri Anil Baijal as the
Administrator of National Capital Territory of Delhi with the designation of Lieutenant Governor with effect
from 31st December, 2016, until further orders.
