और जब(cid:19)क, के5 6(cid:8)य सरकार को 7तीत होता है (cid:19)क उसका दघु ट/ ना के कारण और अंशदायी कारक: का
अ5 वेषण और <नधा/रण (cid:19)कया जाना, और भ(cid:29)व> य म? ऐसी दघु ट/ ना कA पुनराव<ृत से बचने के %लए %सफाCरश? करना
समीचीन है।
अब, वायुयान (दघु ट/ नाओं एवं घटनाओं का अ5 वेषण) <नयमावल(cid:8), 2012 के <नयम 11 (1) Gवारा 7दH त
शिJतय: का 7योग करते हुए, के5 6(cid:8)य सरकार एतदGवारा इस दघु ट/ ना कA औपचाCरक जांच का <नदेश देती है।
तदनसु ार, के5 6(cid:8)य सरकार एतदGवारा Lी आर. एस. पासी, उप <नदेशक, एएआईबी कA अN यOता म?
<न(cid:11)न%लPखत सदRय: के साथ एक जांच स%म<त <नयJु त करती है:-
(i) कैUटन अनंत सेठW, मNय 7देश सरकार के मुXय पायलट —सदRय
(ii) Lी राजे भटनागर, एडीएडYल,ू एएआईबी —सदRय
(iii) Lी के. रामचं6न, (cid:29)वमान संरOा अ[धकार(cid:8), एएआईबी —सदRय
स%म<त, जब भी अपे\Oत होगा, अ5 य (cid:29)वशेष]:/एज?%सय: कA सहायता भी लेगी।
स%म<त का मुX यालय नई (cid:4)द(cid:6) ल(cid:8) म? होगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2015
S.O. 129(E).— Whereas a BSF Super King Air B200 aircraft VT-BSA was involved in an accident while
operating flight from Delhi to Ranchi during take-off at Palam Airport on 22.12.2015.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is expedient to investigate and determine the causes
and contributory factors leading to the said accident and make recommendations to avoid recurrence of such accidents
in future.
Now, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the Rules 11(1) of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents
and Incidents) Rules, 2012, the Central Government hereby directs that a formal inquiry in the accident be made.
Accordingly, the Central Government hereby appoints a Committee of Inquiry headed by Shri R. S. Passi,
Deputy Director, AAIB with following members:
(i) Capt. Anant Sethi, Chief Pilot of M.P. Govt. as member
(ii) Shri Raje Bhatnagar, ADAW, AAIB as member
(iii) Shri K. Ramachandran, Air Safety Officer, AAIB as member
The committee will also take the assistance of other experts/agencies whenever required.
The headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi.
The Committee will complete its inquiry and submit its report to the Central Government preferably within six
months.
