NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th January, 2015
S.O. 111(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 20 of the Public
Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby
appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the following Table, being an officer equivalent to the rank of
gazetted officer of the Government of India, to be estate officer for the purpose of the said Act who shall
exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed, on estate officer by or under the Act, within
the local limits of his jurisdiction, in respect of the public premises specified in column (3) of the said
Table: —

Steel Authority of India Limited, Central Government situated at that place and placed
P.O. Marar, Pin-829117 under the administrative control of Steel Authority of
District Ramgarh India Limited.
