NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
NOTIFICATION
Jaipur, 31 December, 2014
Further to the Notice dated 02.06.2014 and 28.07.2014 issued in respect of the holding of and the deferment of a
General Meeting of the shareholders for election of a Director under section 25(1)(d) of the State Bank of India
(Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959, published on 03.07.2014 and 29.07.2014 respectively in Rajasthan Patrika and Business
Standard and in the Gazette of India on 04.07.2014 and 30.07.2014, it is hereby informed to all shareholders of the State
Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur that the said General Meeting of the shareholders notified earlier stands cancelled and the
process of the said election is initiated afresh ab-initio.

Notice is hereby given, for the election of a Director for a period of three years u/s 25(1)(d) of State Bank of
India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959, and accordingly, nominations are invited from the shareholders who are not
disqualified u/s 27 of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 and fulfill the ‘fit and proper’ criteria under
Section 25A(1) of the said Act and Govt. of India’s guidelines circulated vide letter No. 16/17/2010-BO.I dated
13/10/2011 adopted by the Bank mutatis-mutandis (the details are available on the Bank’s website www.sbbjbank.com
under ‘Investor Page’ or can be obtained from the Chief Manager (Shares & Bonds), Head Office, Tilak Marg, C-
Scheme, Jaipur- 302005). Such nomination, complete in all respects, must reach the Bank at its Shares & Bonds
Department, Head Office, Tilak Marg, “C” Scheme, Jaipur on or before Thursday the 5th February 2015 upto 5.00 p.m.
Nominations received after this date and time will not be accepted.

It is further notified that for the above purpose, a General Meeting of the shareholders of State Bank of Bikaner
and Jaipur will be held at Maharana Pratap Auditorium, K.M. Munshi Marg, Opp. OTS, Jaipur on Friday, the 20th
February, 2015 at 2.30 p.m (Indian Standard Time).
