0. 12(6} Whereas, Orissa Inchistrial” Infrastructure Development
‘Corporation, a Government of Orissa Undertaking, has proposed under seclion 3
of the Special Heonomie Zanes Act, 2005 (28 af 20M), (hervinafter referred to ag the
said Act) to sof up a sector specific Special Eronumie Zone for information
techmalngy (Knuwlelge Park) at villages Gaudakashipur anid Arisal, Teil Jat
District Khurda in the State af Crissa,

AND WHEREAS, the Corural Covemmment is setisied tiat requirements
moder sub-section (8) of soetion 3 of the said Ack, and other relaled reyuirements
are failed and i¢has granted lefter of approval urder sub-section (10) of section
3 of the said Act for development, uporation and maintenance of the above Sperial
Eeoncmic Zone on the 25! Octo, 2006;

NOW, TURRFTORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers
conleerod by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Eennomic Zones, Act 2005
and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, heretwy
Wotitios the following area at above ‘ocalion with survey numbers given below in
