NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th January, 2002
S.0.121(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) and in supercession of notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Surface Transport No. S.O. 773(E) Dated 10th August, 2001 in so far as it relates to
the District of Bhilwara except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the Central Government hereby authorises Additional District Magistrate (Land
Acquisition), Bhilwara District, Rajasthan as the competent authority, to perform the functions of
such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the

Official Gazette, in respect of the land of stretch from Km. 64 to Km. 120 of Natiomal Highway
No. 79 (Gulabpura to Station Nagar, Tehsil Maandal, District Bhilwara) (for widening of existing
National Highways including construction of bypass, if any) in the State of Rajasthan as specified in
the Schedule below, till further orders.
SCHEDULE
Brief Description of land with or without structure falling within proposed right-of-way of National
Highway No. 79 (Gulabpura to Station Nagar, Tehsil Maandal, District Bhilwara) from Km. 64 to
Km. 120 in the State of Raiasthan.
