G. S. R 38(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules. 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excise, dated 28th November, 1967 namely :— In paragraph 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after sub-clause (zzzm) sub-clauses shall be inserted, namely:— "(zzzn) Baitalpur, District—Deora (U.P.), (zzzo) Banthra, District—Shahjahanpur (U.P.)." Note : (1) This notification seeks to extend interwarehousing movement of Petroleum Products to and from ' 'Baitalpur, District—Deora (U P.) and Banthra, District—Shahjahanpur (U.P.) '' (2) The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide notification No. 266/67-Central Excise, dated 28-11-1967 (G.S.R 1771, dated 28-11-1967) and was last amended by notification No. 1/2000-Central Excise, (NT), dated 6-1-2000 [G.S R. 24 (E) dated 6-1-2000].
