S.O. 85 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 42 or the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar
University Act, 1994 (58 of 1994), the President of India in his capacity as Visitor of the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar
University hereby appoints Dr. D. R. Gadekar, Professor of Geology, M. S University of Baroda as the first Vice-Chancellor of
the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University for a term of five years from the date he assumes office.
