ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th January, 1996
S.0.36(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the
Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 1962, namely :—
1. (i) This Order may be called the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 1996.
(ii) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Newsprint Control order, 1962 :•—
(a) clause 3 shall be omitted;
(b) schedule II shall be omitted.
