No. 4/93—CUSTOMS (N.T.)
G.S.R. 21 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (2) of section 123 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of
1962). the Central Government hereby makes the following
further amendments in the notification of the Government
of Ird'a in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue)
No. 204/84-Customs, dated the 20th July, 1984, namely :—
In the said notification, item numbers 1, 2, 3, 6, 8; 11 and
12 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

G.S.R. 20(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of
1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is
necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart-
ment of Revenue) No. 137/90-Customs, dated the 20th
March, 1990, namely :—
In the said notification, condition (iii) to clause (a) and
condition (iii) to clause (b) shall be omitted.

G.S.R. 22(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section 11-B of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby rescind the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department
of Revenue) No. 205/84-Customs, dated the 20th July.
1984.
