NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th January, 1993
G.S.R. 8(E).—[n exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of
Section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central
Government hereby fixes 18,635 tonnes of sugar for export to the United States
of America and European Economic ^Community as preferential quota, out of
the production of the sugar season 1992-93 (October—September).
