NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th January, 1992
O.N. 8(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 324 of the
Constitution of Incha read with Section 29A of the Representation oi' the
People Act, 1951 and paragraphs 17 and 18 of the Elation Symbols (Reserva-
tion and Allotment) Order, 1968, the Election Commission hereby directs
that its Notification No. 56[91, dated the J9th'April, 1991, published as
O.N. 98(E) in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 (in)
dated 19th April, 1991, as amended from time to time, shall be further amended
to make it vptodete as follows namely :—
In TaWe HI appended to the said Notification, after the existing entries
under column Cl) and (2) at S. No. 342, the following entries, namely :—
"34?. Sliirornani Akali Dal(S)
House No. 6,
Sector 5,
Chandigarh."
shall be inserted.
