S.O. 78fE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec-
tion 1 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Cess (Amendment)
Act, 1991 (53 of 1991), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26th day
of January, 1992 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
