NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 1992
S.O. 43(E).—The Central Government, having considered, in consultation
with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for renewal of recog-
nition made under section 5 of the Forward ConlTac's (Regulation) Act, 1952
(74 of 1952) by the Ludhiana Grain Exchange Ltd., Ludhiana and being
satisfied that it would be in the interest ci ihe trade and also in the public
interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6
of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of two
years from the 18th January, 1992 to the 17th January, 1994 (both days
Inclusive), in respect of forward contracts in Poiatocs.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject tv, the condi'ion that the said
Exchange shall comply with such directions, as may, from, time to time, be
given by the Forward Markets Commission.
