The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President
on the 15th January, 1991, and is hereby published for general informa-
tion;—
THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR APPROPRIATION ACT, 1991
No. 5 OF 1991
[15th January, 1991.]
An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further
sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State
of Jammu and Kashmir for the services of the finan-
cial year 1990-91-
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-first Year of the Republic
of India as follows: —
1. This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation
Short
Act, 1991. title.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Jammu and Issue of
Kashmir there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those speci- Rs. 128,71,
