SCHEDULE Jn exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (,S8 of J9W), the Board of Trustees for the Tuticorin Port Trust hereby make tlic following regulations further to amend the Tuticorin Port Trust Employee* (Family Security Fund) Regulations, 1980 namely :— THE TUTICORIN PORT TRUST EMPLOYEES (FAMILY SECURITY FUND) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 1990 1. These Regulations may be called the Tuticorin Port Trust Employees (Family Security Fund) First Amendment Regulations, 1990. 2. The existing clauses (a) and (b) under the heading Quantum of assist- ance from the Fund in Regulation 7 of th aforesaid Regulations shall be substi- e tuted as under :— (a) An ex gratia payment of Rs. 20,000 shall be made from the fund to the nominee of every employee who dies in service and in the absence of a nominee, the amount shall be paid to the person, to whom the pensionary benefits are payable. 4 THE CAZETTE Or INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(1)] (b) An ex gratia payment of Rs. 15,000 shall be made frof the fund to every employee who is incapacitated for fuitlier continuanLe in the service of the Board on medical grounds to be certified by a medi- cal Board duly constituted by the Chief Medical Officer.
