This course aims to impart the basics of preparation and analysis of financial statements. It also aims to equip the future managers with decision making fundamentals when faced with alternate choices. As objectives can be achieved only through fixing targets, a basic knowledge about preparations of budgets, and fine tuning of current operations to achieve the budgets is sought to be taught.
