Bring a mixture of water and sugar to boil until you see that the sugar has completely before adding this, cream and milk into a double boiler. 2. When completely mixed; add egg yolks and instant coffee. 3. Set the boiler over a pan containing hot water before cooking it for another ten minutes. 4. Pour this into a bowl using mesh strainer and add coffee grounds before refrigerating it for one full hour. 5.
