SubscriberspecificLSAinformationisstoredandmanagedintheHLR.ApplicationrelatedLSAinformationisstored inappropriateserviceplatform,e.g.intheCAMELServiceEnvironment(seeannexA). InadditiontosubscriberdetailsintheHLRserver,itisalsonecessaryforsubscriberspecificLSAinformationtobe storedandmanagedintheSIM. ForauserwithaLSAservicesubscription,supportisgivenforLSAsinactivemode,withexceptionofthe notification(LSAindication). 6.1 Handling of mobiles in exclusive access cells Thenetworkshallbroadcastinformationthatthecellisusedforexclusiveaccess.Thisinformationisunderstoodonly bySoLSAcompatiblemobilestations. Inordertopreventnotallowedmobilestationstocamponexclusiveaccesscells,thenetworkmaybroadcasttheescape PLMNcode.TherealPLMNcodeisstillbroadcastbutonlySoLSAcompatiblemobilestationscanunderstandthe information. Ifalocation/routingareaupdatingrequestisreceivedinacellbroadcastingtheescapePLMNcode: • fromaSoLSAcompatiblemobilestation,thenetworkshallnotrejecttherequestbecauseofLSAsubscription. ETSI
