The information given by experts and faculty was a great learning experience, giving them an overview of the fruit ripening sector too. They were very much interested in opening a ripening chamber in their own villages as most of them have their own land and belongs to a farmer family. They were pleased to visit Tawakkal Fruit Agency as they got the chance to learn the ripening process and to experience the Preloading, Sorting, grading, and operation and control of ripening chambers. The trainees found the program is a practical hand on experience and helpful in understanding the operations of a ripening chamber and developing their entrepreneurial skills. FEEDBACK FROM FACULTY  The faculty was very keen to spread awareness about Entrepreneur Development and Skill Training for Ripening Chambers  They appreciated the efforts of NCCD.  They thanked NCCD and ICE for organizing the visit to Tawakkal fruit Agency which was an excellent learning experience for the students as well as the faculty.  They wanted the training to have a mention about the proven ways of identifying carbide ripened fruits.  They want to have more training program for different batches
