I'm writing this for fun so errors The Vengeful Elemental **This popped into my head as usual** **I don't own Naruto** **Prologue** Deep within the monster filled area that was the forest of death was a teen seating cross legged on the scorched ground. He had a head of black hair that was pulled back with a hairband but a single bang hung in front of his right eye. His left eye however was a red color that seemed to radiate extreme power. The teen's right arm had red lightning crackling around every few seconds while his left had flames dancing between his fingers. This level of elemental control was quite hard to achieve but he managed. His name was Hideki Takaoka and he was participating in the chunin exams. The headband around his head signified that he was apart of the cloud village though if it was willingly, hard to say. He had a fishnet shirt with an unzipped black jacket over it showing off his modest four pack and runner like body. His pants were baggy and also black but were tapped just at his ankles above his black combat boots. On his back was a slim sword with a black sheath that was bandaged up. Two dead bodies laid next to him on either side and by their injury they were probably killed by the same person. There was a hole on the right side of their chest and red lightning could be see jumping around occasionally in the wound. 'I can't believe the cloud expected me to tolerate these two.' Hideki stood up while looking down at the two corpses in disgust. Just as he began to form hand seals a scream echoed throughout the forest and it sounded damn close. It broke his concentration and he turned towards it. 'Who the hell.' Hideki jumped into the tree deciding to check out the source. In a matter of seconds he now understood why the person screamed. A red headed girl had a bear standing up above her preparing the strike that would end her life. He sighed quietly, gripping his left arm. Bluish white flames surrounded it and he appeared behind the beast, shoving his arm forward. His hand effortlessly burnt through its brown fur and flesh. The bear almost instantly went limp and the smell of burnt flesh was strong. After a second he grunted and pulled his arm out, kicking the bear's body to the side so it didn't land on the girl. The flames around his arm flickered out of existence leaving only the usual orange flames dancing around his fingers. Hideki looked down at the likely traumatized girl and examined her. Her hair was rather unusual and not just for its color, one side was spikey and the other was straight. She wore glasses over her crimson eyes. Her outfit consisted of a purple uniform like thing that kept her stomach area revealed, black sandals, short black shorts, and long black stockings that extended past her knees. "Hey girl get up before you end up like that bear." Hideki cruel words were probably a result of all the bullshit lies the cloud village had been spewing to him recently. None the less the girl looked up at him up tears in her eyes and before he knew it she was hugging him tightly. Hideki returned no such gesture he just stared down at her waiting for her to come back to her senses. He resisted the urge to kill her when he noticed she had fallen asleep probably From the bear death experience. "Your lucky you didn't encounter anyone else besides me." He wrapped his arms around the girl and shifted her so she was in his back and jumped into the trees his objective already in mind. He could sense a collection of three weak chakra signals and hoped they had a heaven scroll. Soon enough three the genin came into the view and a sick grin came to his face when he noticed they were also cloud ninja. Carefully he placed his new charge down and choose this time to activate both his red lightning and bluish while fire. He jumped into the air and began to rocket down towards the earth onto one of the genin with no remorse. Both pierced his chest and reacted to each other violently creating a small explosion kicking up dust in the process. Once it cleared the other two genin's eyes widen in fear. Hideki's eyes were glowing with power and his arms were completely enwrapped by lightening and fire. Before the one of the left could react his head suddenly detached from his body in a splash of blood and crackling lightning. "W-why, are you doing this, we're from the same village." Hideki turned towards him and began his slowly approach reveling in the fear his opponent was showing. A sick idea came to his man and he spoke. "The village decided you were useless to them so they tasked me to kill you, why else would they send someone as weak as you to the chunin exams." The boy seemed to believe him and he pulled back his lightning hand, killing the poor broken boy. While doing this he didn't notice the now awake girl staring down at him with a mix of emotions. 'His chakra, it's like comforting darkness that could turn into unmatched rage if triggered.' Hideki phased away appearing in front of her without the flames and lightning on him. "Your name what it is it?" The girl looked up at him in slight shock at his speed. "K-Karin, w-what's yours?" Hideki turned around kneeled down his back was facing her. "Get on, we don't have much time before someone comes to check out the explosion." Slowly she wrapped her arms around his neck and felt him grab her thighs before taking off in a burst of speed. "Hideki, that's my name." It sounded like a ghost of a whisper but Karin heard him clearly. She curled her head into the crook of his neck closing her eyes. 'Hideki thank you.' **30 minutes later** Hideki stopped in a small forested area and dropped down onto the ground checking the area. After a second or two he decided it was safe enough and placed Karin down against a tree. "W-What are you doing?" Hideki turned towards the girl and answered bluntly. "We have to camp out for now, I used some of my chakra to heal you while going through the trees, to top it all off I've been going for three days now." Karin nodded in understanding going into her own thoughts. 'So that's why my chakra feels different.' After a few minutes of thinking she noticed that Hideki had set up a small tent, a fire, and some fire/lightning clones around. "Hideki-kun why did you help me." He glanced at her briefly and seemed to be contemplating his answer. "Because I was in the area and I have nothing against you." Hideki sighed tiredly not noticing the girl move closer to him. After sitting in comfortable silence for a couple more minutes he turned to the tent but then frowned. "Karin I only had one sleeping bag, you can use it." Karin shook her head while slowly standing up having recovered some strength. "No we can both use it." Hideki raised his eyebrow but shook his head and responded but it was cut off. Karin who had a seemingly angry expression on her face grabbed him by his jacket and pulled the two in the tent and faced the opposite direction. Hideki blinked owlishly not fully grasping what just happened. Soon enough he gave into his needs and fell asleep. **Early Morning** Hideki slowly opened his eyes groaning tiredly. After a second his eyes snapped open he felt the presence of another body next to his. Looking to his side he saw that Karin had curled up next to him with one of her legs over his in her sleep… hopefully in her sleep he really didn't need a girl who was obsessed with him. After untangling himself from her he exited the tent nodding to his clones that were in the trees out of view. 'I should put out the flames and hurry to the tower.' Seconds later he had taken apart the whole camp and placed Karin on his back opting to let her sleep. Soundlessly and sealessly he shot an orange fire ball completely scorching their camp site. He took off before the fire even made contact at high speeds but careful not to drop Karin. He didn't quite understand why he still dealt with Karin when clearly she was just extra baggage for him or why he let her did what she did yesterday. 'It doesn't matter I'll still reach my goal in life.' **An hour later** Hideki landed just outside the tower with his blade handle in his mouth. Along the way they had run into another team who seemed desperate for scrolls and they were still following them. "The left." He ducked and mouth his blade to the side completely cutting another sound ninja in half canceling their transparent jutsu. Karin had began to tell them where they attacking surprising him, he wasn't even that good to see it before the last second. 'She must be a sensory ninja, she actually is useful to my future plans.' "Above" Hideki jumped back and pulled back his mouth throwing the blade with a shit ton of force. The genin's jutsu canceled and his head was hung on the side of the tower with his blade in the forehead. "Duck!" Quickly Hideki leaned back dropping Karin in surprise and he felt the wind of a kunai slice above him. **"Katon: Karyu Endan"** Hideki managed to send on a flame in the shape of a dragon. The screaming signaled that he hit his target probably incinerating him considering the flames were completely white in color. Hideki sighed and walked over to his blade yanking it clean out of the skull. The second he sheathed his blade Karin appeared in front of him and punched him comically causing his head to turn slightly. "Why did you drop me!" The genin who had gathered from inside the tower expected him to kill her or at least break a bone but his reaction was either to slow or he just didn't know how to respond to that. Next thing he knew Karin was checking him over injuries and the crowd sweat dropped. "Search the bodies gather the scrolls." His words broke her out of her mood swing and she nodded. The two had gathered two pair of scrolls so they we're both able to pass. **The end** **Review tell me how I did and I hope you enjoyed.** End file.
