I dedicate my thesis work to my family. A special feeling of gratitude to my
loved mother, Cecilia Carrión, for being the mainstay in my life, for all her
efforts and sacrifices, which made possible the professional triumph
achieved. To my siblings Nathaly and Fernando Hidalgo, who have never
