The program included three keynotes by Peter Haase (metaphacts, Germany), Diana Maynard (University of Sheffield, UK), and Daniele Quercia (King’s College London and Nokia Bell Labs, UK). The main scientific program of the conference comprised 39 papers: 26 research papers, eight resource papers, and five in-use papers, selected outof134reviewedsubmissions,whichcorrespondstoanacceptancerateof28%for the research papers submitted, 31% for the resource papers, and 33% for the in-use papers. The proceedings were published by Springer as LNCS volume 11762. This volume includes accepted contributions from the posters and demos track, the PhD Symposium, the industry track, and a selection of the best workshops papers. During the poster and demo session, researchers had the chance to present their latest resultsintheformofface-to-facepresentations.Intotal,20demosand18posterswere includedinthissession.Inaddition,fivestudentstookpartinthePhDSymposium,and three contributions were presented as part of the industry track. Threeworkshopsandseventutorialswereheldassatelliteeventsoftheconference. The three workshops were: – Workshop on Deep Learning for Knowledge Graphs – DL4KG – Workshop on Large-Scale RDF Analytics – LASCAR – Knowledge Graph Building – KGB The seven tutorials were: – SANSA’s Leap of Faith: Scalable RDF and Heterogeneous Data Lakes – Semantic Data Enrichment for Data Scientists – Build a Question-Answering System Overnight – Practical and Scalable Pattern-Based Ontology Engineering with Reasonable Ontology Templates – Querying Linked Data with Comunica – Continuous Analytics on Linked Data Streams – Generating and Querying (Virtual) Knowledge Graphs from Heterogeneous Data Sources The workshop organizers were asked to nominate the best papers from their respectiveworkshops.Theauthorsofthesepaperswereinvitedtosubmitimprovedor extendedversionsofthepapers,takingintoaccountreviewerfeedbackanddiscussions attheworkshop.Twoofthethreebest-of-workshoppapersareincludedinthisvolume; the third has been published via CEUR-WS1.
