Watching the seniors prepare for Class Day and other graduation festivities, it often seemed like 2001 would never come. Well, our year has come, and as we clean out our lockers, take off our IDs, and walk out the door of Somerville High School one last time, it is remarkable to think how much this building has grown onus all. Over the past four years, we, students of vastly different backgrounds, have not only tolerated one another, but have molded together and built friendships that will last a lifetime. Time and time again my classmates have amazed me. The members of this class have not been handed anything. We have set goals for ourselves, worked hard, and attained them. With the help of our faculty and guidance counselors we have pre- pared ourselves for the next stage of our lives. Whether that stage be college or the work force, I am confident that each of you will make your families and your city proud, just as you have done over the past four years at Somerville High School. We have all done our part in adding to the rich history of Somerville High. I would like to thank all of those people who helped make our four years here memorable. Mr. Swenson, our class advisor, always put us first. Our successful proms and numerous fundraisers are a testament to his commitment to us.
