Get your oil hot for frying. At the same time get a bowl, combine: paprika, flour, garlic powder, salt, cayenne, and black pepper. 2. Get a 2nd bowl, combine: milk and eggs. Coat your chicken first with the gg mix then dredge them in the flour mix. 3. Place the chicken back in the egg mix and again in the flour mix. 4. Place everything in a bowl and place a covering of plastic on the bowl. Put the chicken in the fridge for 30 mins then begin to fry the chicken, in batches, for 8 mins. 5. Once all the chicken is done get a 3rd bowl and combine your butter and hot sauce. 6. Place the mix in the microwave for 1 min with a high level of heat then top the chicken with the mix. 7. Enjoy. Paprika Cayenne Glazed Wings 7 AFRICAN HONEY Prep Time: 45 mins Beef Hot Pot Total Time: 53 mins Servings per Recipe: 6 Calories 1823.1 Fat 168.6g Cholesterol 224.7mg Sodium 325.9mg Carbohydrates 56.7g Protein 24.1g Ingredients 3 lbs. organic beef, trimmed of fat & 2 tbsp honey cubed 1/2 pint beef stock 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cinnamon stick 1 lb. onion, peeled & quartered 6 tsp ras el hanout spice mix 4 -6 garlic cloves, peeled & chopped salt & pepper 1 lb. carrot, peeled & cut into chunks 2 oz. toasted sliced almonds 9 oz. canned tomatoes 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped 4 oz. dates, pitted but kept whole 6 oz. prunes, pitted but kept whole Directions 1. Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. Cook in it the carrots for 5 min. Drain them and place them aside. 2. Preheat the crock pot. Heat in it 2 tsp of olive oil. Sauté in it the onion for 3 min. Stir in the garlic with carrots. 3. Stir 1/2 pint of boiling water with 1 stock cube until it dissolves. Mix in it the honey with dry spices, honey, and cinnamon stick. 4. Stir the mixture into the pot with tomato, prunes and dates. 5. Place a large pan over medium heat. Heat in it 2 tsp of oil. Cook in it the beef dices for 3 to 5 min until they become golden brown. 6. Stir the browned beef into the crock pot with a pinch of salt and pepper. Put on the lid and let them cook for 8 to 11 h on low. 7. Spoon the beef stew over some hot couscous. Garnish it with some parsley, and toasted almonds. Serve your tagine warm. 8.
