This person uses his talents to care for the GDA community each and every afternoon. Withouthim,the Governors could simply notexist. He uses his gifts to fix and tape our every ache and sprain. He knows each of us by name and ailment. His friendly voice can be heard over the radio and ashespeeds awayon a golfcarttohelp anotherperson in need. Whether it's a broken helmet or a broken leg, we all know to ask him for help. Hispatience is nothing shortof amazing. There is no limittohowfar he will go to help anyone on this campus. He has been known to rise early in the morning to tape the ankle orquad of an injured student or faculty membersotheycangetthrough a dayofclasses.Notonlyhasheearned the respectofthestudents,butalso of his fellow faculty members. One colleaguedescribeshimbysaying,"Everytimeyouhearhisname it'sabout something good; you never hear anything bad about him - never." He can always befoundonthesidelinescheeringtheGovernorson, whether itbe tovictoryordefeat.HenevergivesuponthepeopleofGDA. His kindness, compassion, and friendship know no bounds; hell do whatever it takes to getthejobdone. Weaffectionately knowhim as"Wotty",and weallthank him forthe phenomenal jobthathe does every day.
