Although his actions may, on occasion, be taken for granted, they should never be unappreciated. The 2006 Milestone is dedicated to John "Marty" Doggett j r * His true passion for doing all that he does for us was tested earlier this year when a seri- ous illness kept him away. His absence was felt by all, as the man we always expected to be there, wasn't. It was felt at the very be- ginning of the year, when his presence was missed at Brantwood, and it was felt every day until the moment he resumed his duties once again. Making videos and cards for him while he was away was our attempt to dem- onstrate how important he is to everyone here and how much he is cared for by all. Now that he's back, he has resumed his duties and things seem more like they used to be. The school, the community, is whole again. Seeing him in his office with his door wide open once again is a comforting sight. His GDA return to has completed our community. That's why the class of 2006 believe that the most deserving recipient of this year's Mile- stone dedication is our Headmaster, John "Marty" Doggett. 1 \ OurclasseQS)lpJSc"kled thegrueling terrain on a six-mile hike rivaling thatofAAt.
