defrauded Silverado Savings, where the
President’s son, Neil Bush, was a director.
• CIA agent Jim Bath did business with the
sons of President Bush and Senator Bentsen,
as well as with Arabs tied to the scandal-
plagued B.C.C.I. (Bank of Credit & Commerce
International).
• President Bush’s close associate, Judge Jon
Lindsay, helped CIA agent and money laun-
derer Robert Corson acquire an S&L, which
Corson then bankrupted within months.
• The CIA pressured the Justice Department to
back off prosecuting CIA agent Guillermo
Hernandez-Cartaya, who defrauded an S&L
he bought from Senator Bentsen’s family. A
fraud indictment of Cartaya and his partner
who did business with the President’s son,
Jeb Bush, was later dropped.
