"5 Year Plans" of CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) CEO Catherine Zahn, in a parody of, say, Chairman Mao's "Little Red Book" - though perhaps, in this case, that should be "Little READ Book"..... Many images of the dying Parkdale Toronto neighborhood. Dedicated to Louis Fazari, my former landlord's brother, in an old welfare hotel on Queen Street West. Note, or allow me to note, that the images are arranged in landscape mode, to create the greatest possible exchange between the four images - so the book should be read with the spine horizontal - if you follow. Also, a warning - there are no page numbers. I don't want readers to refer to the image on page such and such, just to the image....
