This year marks our 21st year! A special thank you to our many loyal customers who have supported us the last year. We hope you will enjoy the beauty of the lilies you now have growing in your gardens. An exciting new addition featured on our front cover from the breeding work of Dr. Robert Griesbach is a new tetraploid aurelian aptly named 'White Amber' grown by Jeffries Nurseries, an improved 'White Henryi' type. Also from his breeding work we were able to obtain two new trumpets found on page 24. In perusing our asiatic listing you will find many new additions including two exceptional hybrids from the hybridizing work of Warren Summers; 'Purple Life' and 'Trogon'. From The Lily Nook growing field we are offering an asiatic cultivar introduced in 1975 by Dr. Wallace Windus, 'Lime Ice'. In Division II, we are introducing a new martagon from the late Ed Robinson's work with lilies. We have named this one 'Grace' after Grace Lindenberg, Ed's niece. As well we have re-listed two martagons that The Lily Nook has named from Ed Robinsons hybridizing work. We invite you to visit us at the Lily Nook to stroll though our show gardens from July 1st to July 31st to view over 1500 named varieties in various stages of bloom. Over 150 varieties of potted lilies are available for sale at our Lily Gift Shoppe. We are located in beautiful farm land, 4 km south of Neepawa MB, 80098 on highway #5. Happy Gardening with Lilies!!
