Abstract This report presents results from a study to determine the relationship between highway infrastructure and economic development in Indiana. Regression models and a computer model was developed to estimate the annual long-term impacts of highway construction on economic growth. Results from an analysis of economic impacts of the construction of 13 four-lane highway sections in Indiana, as well as an analysis of national data concerning industrial location determinants, are also presented. 17.
